Product description
Olav's vegetable knife is your new everyday hero in the kitchen. Whether you're chopping fruit like apples and pears, peeling crunchy vegetables, or preparing mushrooms, the Olav vegetable knife is perfect for the job due to its shorter blade. The ergonomically shaped, elegant wooden handle ensures that the knife lies comfortably and securely in your hand, allowing you to perform precise cuts with pinpoint accuracy.
The Olav vegetable knife is 100% made in Germany and is hand-ground to extreme sharpness in Solingen at the traditional 'Clauberg' company. Olav's powder metallurgical high-tech steel is known for its all-rounder steel. Thanks to the fantastic properties of Elmax steel, your knife remains stainless, is acid-resistant, and can be worked to extreme sharpness by diamond cutting due to its fine-grained carbide distribution.

Extreme sharpness
Based on the design of the Olavson Chef knife, we have developed the Olavson vegetable knife with the traditional company Clauberg. Clauberg is one of the oldest sharpening families in Solingen and employs only the most experienced sharpening masters.
They grind the powder-metallurgical steel by hand to this thin, extreme sharpness.
