Maybe you've changed your mind?

You can cancel your purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. All you need to do is return your pan unused. Please send us a written message to retoure@myolav.com.

You are unhappy with the product?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Should you still have problems with your product, please send us an email with your request to retoure@myolav.com so that we can solve it together.

Return the product
You can easily return your pan to us using the free returns label that we provide. Please follow the above requirements and pack the product so that it arrives undamaged. As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will of course either receive the desired new product or we will refund your money.
